if i could only do 3 glute exercises for the rest of my lifeee, these would be it and whyy👇

1. Smith machine hip thrusts
- the smith machine provides stability so you can focus on the mind muscle connection and it allows you to progressively overload easier - plus hello easier setup!
- fave for training glutes in the shortened position

2. BB RDL
- paired w/ some straps, the barbell makes it easier to move heavier weight
- fave for hitting glutes in the lengthened position

3. Contralateral split squat
- having that weight on the opposite side allows you to recruit the glute med more + trains stability
