I remember 2 years ago I saw this kid at the gym, 15 years old, skinny, but with a desire and love for this sport. I approached him a few times to correct his form on some exercises. A few weeks later, he approached me and asked me to be his trainer. Long story short, he weighed 120 to 125 lbs back then. Today, he's 50 to 55 lbs heavier, sitting at 175 lbs. I can't express how proud I am of his progress.
Do you think he should go on a cut? Or keep on bulking?
