What started as a mission to honor loved ones and support those impacted by cancer has grown into something so much bigger — and the truth is, we could never do this alone.

Community is everything. Your support, your shares, your donations, your attendance, your love… it’s what allows us to continue making an impact and fighting for families affected by cancer.

This Saturday is our 3rd Annual Fitness Fight Against Cancer event, and we cannot wait to bring everyone together again for such an incredible cause. 💕

Don’t hate me for this… but intuitive eating is probably NOT the reason you’re going to finally lose the weight. 👀

At least not in the beginning.

Because if you’ve spent YEARS:
• overeating healthy foods
• skipping meals all day then binging at night
• eating emotionally from stress
• constantly starting over every Monday
• under-eating protein
• and having absolutely no idea how much food your body actually needs…

your body cues aren’t “intuitive” right now.
They’re conditioned.

And THAT is why so many women feel frustrated when they say:
“But I’m eating healthy and nothing is changing.”

Healthy eating and body composition change are not the same thing.

If your goal is to:
✔️ lose 15-30 pounds
✔️ tone up
✔️ build lean muscle
✔️ lower body fat

The women I coach were already working out before they came to me.

🚨 This is why you lose weight... only to gain it all back.

Because every time you decide to lose weight, you become a completely different person.

You cut out carbs.
You skip happy hours.
You say no to dessert.
You spend hours doing cardio.
You try to be “perfect.”

And for a few weeks, maybe even a few months, it works.

The scale goes down.

But eventually life happens.

A vacation.
A stressful week at work.
A birthday party.
A family event.

And suddenly the plan you’ve been following doesn’t fit your real life anymore.

So you stop.

Not because you failed.

Because the version of you that lost the weight was never sustainable.

The truth is, if your weight loss plan requires you to give up everything you enjoy, you’re not building a lifestyle.

You’re building a temporary phase.

And temporary habits create temporary results.

The women who keep the weight off aren’t more disciplined than you.

I will never stop being grateful that I get to see my niece as much as I do. I honestly don’t know what my heart would do if I couldn’t.

Before her, I thought the greatest love I could ever feel was for my sister. But watching my sister become a mother and loving a little piece of her? It’s a kind of love I never even knew existed.

My sister’s child… wow. Nothing could’ve prepared me for this kind of love. 🤍

🚨 Your meal prep isn’t the reason you’re not losing weight.

I know that’s probably not what you expected to hear.

Every week, I see women stressing over finding the perfect meal prep containers, spending hours cooking on Sundays, and convincing themselves they need a Pinterest-worthy fridge to lose weight.

But here’s the reality...

You can have the most organized meal prep in the world and still not lose a pound.

Because weight loss isn’t about how pretty your meals look.

It’s about what you’re eating consistently throughout the week.

If you’re:
❌ Snacking mindlessly between meals
❌ Drinking calories without realizing it
❌ Eating healthy foods but overeating portions
❌ Saving calories all day only to overeat at night

Meal prep alone won’t fix that.

Don’t get me wrong—meal prep can be a great tool.

But it’s not the solution.

The solution is creating sustainable habits, understanding your nutrition, and having a plan that fits your actual lifestyle.
