Aeon Parkour Its a small community of traceurs (parkour practitioners) that want to reach out and help others achieve their goals. Aeon PK. Its safe.

Basically we looked at ourselves and said "we need to be more active" so bam. We are friends open to new friends. We all learn from each other because no one knows everything and we all do things differently. Parkour: the sport of traversing environmental obstacles by running, climbing, or leaping rapidly and efficiently. Its one of the most complete exercise opportunities available.
