SolBox Fitness Club Sol Box Fitness Club is a Boxing Gym dedicated to getting you the results that living a healthy life

SolBox Fitness Club is the new name for SoulTrain Boxing and Fitness. The Club was founded in 2013, and opened for business on July 15, 2013. Our Club is dedicated to teaching the proper fundamental techniques of classic boxing. Our club is also dedicated to teaching the proper and corrective exercise forms one should use during a fitness session. The focus of our fitness program is on body weight

exercises and using movable pieces of resistance equipment. We welcome you to come in and experience Miami's most unique Boxing and Fitness Facility located in the Little River section of the city. Look for the fist with the 7 sun rays to represent our club.

Yesterdays boxing class was small in attendance but large in spirit. We put in some serious work for the full 60 mins and everyone got challenged in different areas specific to them.
When you have a training system based on the fundamentals you’re able to modify and adapt to who you’re working with. With this approach (In my mind) your people leave a session feeling like individuals and not just like clients.

Thank you for coming in yesterday. Y’all put in some real good work yesterday and I hope you had fun in the process. 🙏🏾✊🏾
