Mi vida profesional se desarrolló por muchos años en el campo legal. Estudié y me gradué de abogada en la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He desempeñado cargos en el sector privado, como abogada asociada de un estudio de abogados, y en el sector público, como Asesora de Despacho en el Congreso de la Republica del Perú. El Coaching lo descubrí años más tarde, y me enamoré de esta discipli
na. Actualmente soy Coach Ontológico Profesional, graduada del Programa de Formación PCC de Intercoach Group avalado por la ICF. Vivo en los Estados Unidos, gracias a la tecnología, trabajo con clientes de distintas partes del país y del mundo, en español e inglés. Mi experiencia en el ámbito legal y en el coaching me permite ofrecer una perspectiva única y valiosa. Mi enfoque se basa en la empatía, comprensión y el profundo compromiso con el desarrollo de mis clientes, utilizando técnicas innovadoras y personalizadas que les ayude a abrir nuevos caminos de oportunidades hacia la transformación personal y profesional, y a darse cuenta de que con compromiso y esfuerzo son capaces de lograr los objetivos que se propongan.

My professional life was developed for many years in the legal field. I studied and graduated as a lawyer at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. I have held positions in the private sector, as an associate lawyer in a law firm, and in the public sector, as an Advisor to the Congress of the Republic of Peru. I discovered Coaching years later, and I fell in love with this discipline. I am currently a Professional Ontological Coach, graduated from the PCC Training Program of Intercoach Group endorsed by the ICF. I live in the United States, thanks to technology, I work with clients from different parts of the country and the world, in Spanish and English. My experience in the legal field and in coaching allows me to offer a unique and valuable perspective. My approach is based on empathy, understanding and deep commitment to the development of my clients, using innovative and personalized techniques that help them open new paths of opportunities towards personal and professional transformation, and to realize that with commitment and effort they are capable of achieving the objectives they set for themselves.
