One of the hardest decisions of my career, making the decision to not compete in this years .. A hard decision to make, a hard post to share but one I feel is true to me, my journey, my health, my future & my longevity in the sport.. 💭🥲⭕️

As always thanks to , & those few who have known about my decision made 2 weeks ago, your support has truly meant the world to me..

I’m excited to come back better than ever with a lengthly improvement phase ahead of me & The Olympia Dream 2027 strongly in my heart & mind ✨

Reminiscing through my journey with Meg Sylvester-Cielen . It’s nearly been a whole three years with Meg as my coach.. one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. 🤍

It’s hard to put into words what having the right person beside you through a journey like this actually means.

Meg has been there through every high, every low, every unexpected turn & every moment where things haven’t gone to plan. She’s someone I trust completely, someone who knows me inside out & someone who has always had a way of knowing exactly what I need ..sometimes before I even know myself.

She’s challenged me, supported me, believed in me & reminded me of the bigger picture more times than I could count.. this goes far beyond just a coaching perspective eveything I’ve learned from her pours into every area of my life - I can’t say thankyou enough.

We have so many special years of memories, lessons, great conversations, hard conversations, laughs, tears, highs & lows.. a fair few clumsy moments from us both (more from me but definitely some from you 🤫😂).. but I wouldn’t change a thing.

Forever grateful for you Meg, I genuinely wouldn’t be the person I am today without you & I value you so incredibly much xo

For the last 2 weeks Marc Hector - IFBB PRO - Online Coach has tried to bribe everyone around him to find out what I had planned 🙃 Thankfully, no one cracked & the surprises stayed surprises (thanks people) 😂 & also thanks for making Marc’s weekend special ❤️

Marc, another 365 days of you & I’m blessed to be by your side through it alllll.

I’m so proud of you, not just for everything you’ve achieved, but for who you are.. your heart, your character & the way you show up for the people you love is truly everything.

You really are relentless in every part of life (apart from the cooking, but you’ve got better at it 😉) ..thank you for bringing out the best in me, standing by my side, making me feel special every single day & of course truly inspiring me always.

Please always have faith in yourself & your abilities, even when you can’t see what’s next, because amazing things happen to amazing people.. & you really are amazing.

In person session with my client Magdalena Połubok Progress Works Gym with the overall mission to go over some training ques, this was a learning for Magda & it was clear to her that we needed to strip back some weight & reinforce the discipline with form & tempo (plus she needs to send more training videos 👀) - it was a fantastic session all in all 🫶

I might not be classed as a “top level coach” or have a million clients & I don’t really share all that much because I’m too busy actually doing the job… but I care.

& I will get the best out of you mentally & physically by working closely with you on the most important “little things” ..because truly they are the biggest things that truly matter.. if you want the physical changes, then mental changes come first, locking down your individual routine & working to improve the way your body functions is all a huge key in greater progress down the line in & out of bodybuilding, idc what anyone says & because of that the physical changes will be absolutely fantastic.
