At Inland Peak Performance & Wellness, we believe child development starts with movement, confidence, discipline, and mentorship. Our program is designed to help young athletes and homeschool students grow both academically and physically through a structured environment that puts education first.

Our Learning Lab provides homeschool students with a dedicated academic setting before transitioning into the movement portion of their curriculum through sports performance, strength & conditioning, speed, agility, and athletic development for ALL sports.

With over 30 years of experience in health, fitness, martial arts, youth mentorship, and sports performance, Coach Zen has worked worldwide as a coach, cornerman, commentator, ring announcer, and mentor while helping guide hundreds of families through youth development and anti bullying initiatives.

Now introducing the Stand Strong Anti Bully Program, focused on confidence building, leadership, discipline, self defense, and positive character development through movement and mentorship.

Private training, small group training, youth development, sports performance, striking, boxing, and mentorship sessions available.

Started this journey back in 2008 in the 305… building Zen's Place, Zen’s Anti-Bully, and the Zen’s Wrath Fight Team from the ground up with one mission… impact lives through discipline, mentorship, and self-defense.

Fast forward… God had different plans for me🙏

I came out to Southern California thinking I was stepping back into the corporate fitness world… but as always, my true calling found me.

The owners and management at Inland Peak basically stole me 😂… and even offered me partner shares in the program which I could not refuse. I’m grateful they did.

Now proud to call Inland Peak Strength & Conditioning home. Over 25,000 square feet… 10 batting cages, full gym, turf, and elite sport-specific training across all major sports.

More importantly… a place where we can build people, not just athletes.

I’ve officially partnered with the team as Director of Operations and Coach, and we’ll be bringing the Team Zen's "Stand Strong" program here to serve our youth and families.

San Bernardino and surrounding cities… we’re here.
