We’re excited to announce that Ruben Ramirez, CF-L2 Coach and Gymnastics Specialist, has officially joined the team! 🥳

Originally from Venezuela, Ruben grew up playing baseball and volleyball before discovering his true passion—CrossFit—at the age of 18. Ten years later, that same spark fuels his coaching philosophy: fitness should be both joyful and transformative.

With over five years of coaching experience, Ruben is especially known for his gymnastics expertise. Whether you’re working on your first pull-up or refining your ring muscle-up, he meets you where you are and helps you move better, get stronger, and build confidence.

Ruben is also the co-founder of Make It Happen, a mindset and performance project that offers personalized programming, community, and coaching. His mission is simple: to help every athlete grow stronger, move well, and have fun doing it.

Luis Naranjo is a Crossfit Level 2 and Crossfit Competitor Coach as well as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, and raised in Boston, MA, Luis always embraced the spirit of diversity and resilience. Football has been has been his lifelong passion, shaping his character and instilling in him the values of teamwork and dedication. In 2019, Luis found a new calling in CrossFit coaching, where he discovered the joy of empowering others to unlock their full potential. With a dedication to helping individuals become the best versions of themselves, I Luis is committed to guide and inspire others on their journey to self-improvement.
