Train 8NINE The founders of Train 8NINE have pioneered the CrossFit movement in South Florida. Feel free to stop in and say hello.

We are now happy to serve our Coconut Grove, Gables, Brickell, and South Miami residents with our first-class facility and coaches. Over the past nine years, we’ve trained over 4,000 people in CrossFit, under the I AM CrossFit brand. We understand that many people have different fitness needs which is why we offer an open gym environment including our Metcon (CrossFit) classes, our HIIT (bootcamp)

classes and personal coaching. We also offer specialty camps and clubs such as Lift 8NINE, Run 8NINE and a variety of Saturday morning drop-in classes.

“Athletes are asked to complete one or two advanced workouts every day for three days. While only a select few will make it to Semifinals, all Quarterfinalists have the opportunity to advance their position in the worldwide ranking and raise their fitness level from an 8 to the maximum levels: 9 or 10.” - CrossFit Games
