Nei Ching Center Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts The Nei Ching Dojo is located in sunny Miami, Florida and is a part of Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts.

Cuong Nhu, meaning "Hard Soft", encompasses many styles including Judo, Aikido, Wing Chun, Vovinam, Shotokan and Boxing. The founder, Master Ngo D**g, taught martial arts techniques to help his students build themselves up physically, improve themselves mentally, and personally pursue goals and serve the people. 6:30 - 8:00 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. The 1st Monday of every month is Open House. Anyone may come by to check out our dojo, ask our instructors questions and even join a beginners class. And there is also Progresive Arnis teacher. Progressive Arnis is a Filipino martial arts.
