Over the last few weeks, Iāve been working behind the scenes, updating my website and expanding the wellness resources I personally use and recommend for women in midlife.
As a wellness coach, fitness instructor, teacherās aide, and busy mom, I know firsthand that feeling your best after 40 isnāt about extremes. Itās about creating sustainable habits that support energy, strength, recovery, sleep, and overall health.
Iām excited to finally share the updated site ā now featuring more wellness tools, resources, and products that complement the realistic approach I teach through fitness, nutrition, walking, strength training, and recovery.
