They say the way I train is not necessary to build a body, though I see my movement patterns mimicked more and more each day. But that is neither here nor there. I am not building bodies anyways. I am rebuilding systems, developing frameworks and designing structures.

There’s a million people on the internet that can help you get in shape. Cookie cutter shape haha. But I can take you all the way. Still, you should know that in order to complete The Method, you must be born again.
