At Polestar Pilates, we believe in the power of movement, connection, and support. We strive to create a space where everyone feels welcomed, encouraged, and cared for, because we know that community can make all the difference.

As we approach Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we're inviting our community to come together for an important cause.

Join us on Saturday, October 3rd at 10:00 AM for a special Breast Cancer Awareness fundraiser benefiting 305 Pink Pack, an incredible local organization supporting individuals and families affected by breast cancer.

We'll also take this opportunity to remind ourselves and those we love about the importance of monthly self-checks, regular mammograms, and early detection.
