Bad Rod in action , outdoor training has a lot of benefits. For one it teaches you to learn how to move on different ground types (grass, un even concrete, water, sand). 2 it helps you adapt to different temperatures heat, cold, humidity and more. Training outdoors is definitely a plus and a must in your routine.

Watch as i put a smile on this boys face after he breaks the board, it wasn't the board breaking that did it but the fact that i took time to spend with him and teach him some life skills and then break a board. You to can take an hour a week or every other week and make a child happy try it !!!!
