Bad Rod in action , outdoor training has a lot of benefits. For one it teaches you to learn how to move on different ground types (grass, un even concrete, water, sand). 2 it helps you adapt to different temperatures heat, cold, humidity and more. Training outdoors is definitely a plus and a must in your routine.
