Shelly Stettner ‘s best attempts from our first meet together at the 2026 PA Masters Nationals. Shelly crushed it on the day going 8 for 9, winning gold, and winning overall best lifter for her age division. She finished off with 118 kg on squat, 72.5 kg on bench, and 157.5 kg on deadlift for a 348 kg total in the M4 63 kg class. These were all National records, above the World records on everything but squat, and even an all time personal record on deadlift!

Now we’re preparing for the Masters World Championships where we’ll have some stiff competition and a chance to officially break World records.
