After a disappointing local meet to finish off last year, had the perfect bounce back meet at Nationals this year!
Jay was able to execute on the day hitting all our top end 3rd attempts finishing just 2.5 kg away from his squat PR, tying his bench PR, hitting a 2.5 kg deadlift PR, and tying his total PR. During this last training cycle, Jay put a greater focus on his technique, training to the standards, and recovery, and it showed in his performance on the biggest stage.
