Every year on Memorial Day,
our resident veteran coach does the Murph.
Not for fitness.
Not for the ‘gram.
But to remember.
The ones who gave everything.
The ones who never came home.
The ones whose families will
wake up Monday with an
empty seat at the table.
The Murph is a tribute workout
named after Navy SEAL
Lt. Michael P. Murphy
Medal of Honor recipient,
killed in action, Afghanistan, 2005.
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
(Weighted Vest optional)
12PM at Miami Strong.
Come join if you’d like.
No class. No signup. No cost.
Just showing up for something
bigger than yourself.
Just don’t let Monday pass
without remembering why
we have the freedom to
do any of this.
