We are excited for another summer full of fast runs, good times, and lots of laughs. Our club services go beyond the time we spend at practice with each respective athlete. We provide continual monitoring/reports of their progress in the form of splits, logs, mileage charts, etc. We work closely with nutritionists and physical trainers in the area to offer a well-rounded program. This program will
focus on the conditioning of runners of all levels--modifying workouts to fit their needs. It will focus on the building of a base mileage and the introduction of workouts that range from fartleks, tempos/thresholds, and hills - once each runner's fitness level calls for it. Focus will be given to body strengthening through calisthenics and stretching to ensure a perfectly developed runner. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death. It doesn’t matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle: when the sun comes up, you’d better be running."
