Bienvenidos a la World Shim Myung Do Society!

Mi nombre es Gran Maestro Rod Bohorquez, Fundador y Presidente de la World Shim Myung Do Society y Fundador de Shim Myung Do Moo Duk Kwan.

Durante más de 50 años he dedicado mi vida al estudio, la enseñanza y la preservación de los valores tradicionales de las artes marciales. Mi misión siempre ha sido ayudar a personas de todas las edades a desarrollar confianza, disciplina, respeto, liderazgo y un fuerte carácter por medio de las artes marciales.

Comencé mi camino en las artes marciales en 1974 bajo la dirección de mi maestro, el fallecido Gran Maestro Pong Ki Kim, cuyas enseñanzas continúan inspirando todo lo que hago. Su legado vive en cada estudiante, instructor y escuela que mantiene vivas estas tradiciones.

Hoy tengo el honor de trabajar junto a excelentes instructores, maestros y grandes maestros que están ayudando a fortalecer y expandir la World Shim Myung Do Society a nivel internacional.

Actualmente brindamos apoyo a estudiantes y escuelas afiliadas en:

It is with great pride and heartfelt congratulations that I officially welcome the Second Shim Myung Do Moo Duk Kwan School in Nicaragua into our growing international family.

This new school represents another important milestone in the continued growth of Shim Myung Do, and I am honored to see our vision expanding through dedicated leaders who share our commitment to excellence, character, and service.

I extend my sincere congratulations to Grand Master Miguel Angel Arguello D., the Official Representative and National Leader of Shim Myung Do Nicaragua, whose decades of dedication and leadership have made this achievement possible. Watch as i put a smile on this boys face after he breaks the board, it wasn't the board breaking that did it but the fact that i took time to spend with him and teach him some life skills and then break a board. You to can take an hour a week or every other week and make a child happy try it !!!!

Great book for instructors and Masters to have in their library. Star Taekwon-do Masters Course is a book that has basic and advance explanations of movements and techniques. The book also has some WTF and ITF poomse. 646 pages of more than 50 years of knowledge.
