Stretch. Strengthen. Condition. Perform. 💜

We’re excited to introduce our Cheerleaders Stretching & Conditioning Class!

This class focuses on both flexibility training and athletic conditioning for cheer athletes looking to improve flexibility, balance, body control, strength, and overall stunt technique. Athletes will work on key flyer positions such as heel stretches, scales, scorpions, and other body positions while also building the strength, stability, and endurance needed to safely perform those skills.

Benefits of this class include:

✨ Improved strength and conditioning
✨ Improved balance and body awareness
✨ Stronger stunt technique and body positions
✨ Greater confidence in the air
✨ Injury prevention through proper conditioning

Looking to improve your skills? Private lessons are one of the best ways to accelerate progress and receive individualized instruction focused on your athlete’s specific goals.

Whether your athlete is working on tumbling, jumps, flexibility, confidence, or overall technique, our coaches will create a training plan designed around their needs.

Private lessons are available for athletes of all ages and skill levels, including non-members.

Spots are limited and fill quickly. Message us directly with your availability, and we’ll match you with a coach that fits your schedule.

From the laughter and dancing to the awards and unforgettable memories, Season 17 was celebrated in the best way possible. We are so thankful for every athlete, coach, and especially our amazing EAS parents who support, encourage, and stand by us through every practice, competition, and crazy cheer moment. 🫶🏼
