An example of some of the exercises we do in class everyday. These build speed and stamina.

Even when an exercise is simple, it can be incredibly helpful to practice to build up your kumite.

Join us for our advanced kids classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays! 6pm for brown and black belt kids.

They go over everything in these classes, from kihon to kumite. In these clips you'll see the kids training their heian katas. These katas are fundamental, so it is incredibly important our kids are practicing them even when they become advanced.

They are constantly learning and improving and we are so proud of our youth at Miami Shotokan. They are an incredibly strong group!
