Back, biceps, hamstring workout
10 sec rest between exercises
Try for 3 sets (12-15 mins per set)
2 cans of tomatoes or 2 dumbbells

Jog in place 30 secs
Air squats 30 secs
Jog in place 30 secs
Squat jumps 30 secs
Alternating toe touches 30 sec
Jumping Jack's 30 secs
Alt toe touches 30 secs
Wall sit curl a can of tomatoes 30 secs
Bent over flys 30secs
Wall sit curl a can 30 secs
Bent over flys 30 secs
Lunge pass tomato can under leg 30secs
Standing curls 30 secs
Lunge pass tomato can under leg 30 secs
Standing curls 30 secs
Alt toe touches with can of tomato 30 secs
Bent over rows 30 secs
Repeat toe touches can of tomatoes
Bent over rows 30 secs
Jog in place 30 secs
