The Westwind Lakes Park splash pad is temporarily closed due to impacts to its operating system caused by weather/lightning. Miami-Dade County Parks is diligently working on repairs. A diagnosis of the computer operating system will be completed on Monday, July 31, 2023, to determine the impact. Our goal is to reopen the splash pad as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we thank you for your understanding.

A Wind Advisory is now in effect for coastal Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach through 2 a.m. Tuesday. 25 to 30 MPH winds with gusts up to 40 MPH are expected.
