What started as a journey to learn English turned into so much more. Over these past months, Julie immersed herself fully into the Long Lean lifestyle — completing our Teacher Training program, sculpting the strongest abs, building beautiful friendships, and bringing such incredible energy into the studio every single day.

Hi everyone! I’m Chase! I’ve been living in Miami for about 3.5 years, and teaching at long lean for about 4 months now. I started doing Pilates when I was 18, originally taking classes with my mom, and it quickly became something I fell in love with.

As a former college lacrosse athlete, I’ve always been passionate about fitness and staying active. I became certified at Long Lean Pilates in October, and I’m so excited to now share that passion with others.

For me, Pilates and movement are a way to stay grounded, feel strong, and take care of both my physical and mental health. My goal is for you to leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body!

Hi! I’m Caroline, a certified Mat Pilates and Yoga Sculpt teacher. I’m passionate about creating classes that are both challenging and fun, where you can show up, move with intention, and feel good doing it.

Working out and movement has always been a big part of my life and I find that the community that it brings is unmatched. I’ve fallen in love with not only Pilates itself but the amazing people that it brings with it.

For me, this practice is just as much mental as it is physical, helping me clear my mind and strengthen my mindset each time I step onto my Mat which is something I like to incorporate into my classes. I focus on helping you build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to your body, through intentional movement and good energy, all in a space that feels supportive and welcome.

You can always expect some Drake, Bad Bunny and some good 2000s throwbacks on my playlist 🎶

Hi everyone, I’m Cristi! I’m a Nutritionist and Pilates instructor passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies from the inside out.

Movement has always been a big part of my life, but Pilates is what truly grounds me. It’s where I find peace, reset my mind, and reconnect with my body. That’s exactly what I aim to bring into every class, strength, control, and a moment to just feel good in your body.

Through my background in nutrition and Pilates, my goal is for you to leave class feeling stronger, more energized, and more in tune with yourself.
