This Friday my body was having a tantrum. 🥺🤪🤢. Get my vitamin and Ready to teach. Little did I know my immune system was going to be low. I showed up. Some time I blamed my age. Pretty excuses.
This is me: Never get tired of explain the correct form. For example
Rear deltoid — Barbell Rows. They are different, for some reason, some of my members don’t remember the difference and I stopped the session and we get in the same page.
My classes focus on post-workout mobility and stretching to prevent injuries. The workout includes compound exercises that I enjoy, such as squats, deadlifts, back, chest, and shoulders. I often combine these exercises with lower body exercises, including various lunges, biceps, triceps, adductors, and shoulders. We also train the core with different planks.
We can use the steps for chest press, triceps, and abdominal exercises. At the end of the class, we have a relaxing cooldown to aid recovery and flexibility.
My classes welcome people of all ages. Some of my students are in their early twenties, while others are older, such as silver sneaker members. (Most of them are already fitness enthusiasts.)
Before starting the class, I make sure to check if we have any new members. Sometimes, while I’m setting up the music, a current member approaches me and informs me that we have new members. I acknowledge them and welcome them to the group. I’m truly fortunate to be doing what I love.
I never feel like I’m working when I’m teaching or training my clients. Fitness is a lifestyle for me. 🙏🧘♀️🕉️☮️☯️🐝🎁🧿⚡️🔮⚡️🪬🦄🦋🧚♀️🧜♀️🧞♀️
