Fatty liver is no longer just a “lifestyle issue.”
It is now clinically recognized as MASLD (Metabolic Dysfunction–Associated Steatotic Liver Disease) — a condition deeply rooted in metabolic dysregulation.
And in my experience working with high-performance clients, one thing is clear:
