💥 Nobody in that room was ready for what was about to happen

Cain Velasquez, Daniel Puder and Todd Duffee, walked into an Art In Motion Jiu Jitsu kids BJJ class and did something that had nothing to do with fighting and everything to do with it.

Coaches. Parents. Kids. Everyone on the floor, breathing together. No belts. No rank. No titles. 🔥

And by the end, bodies were tingling, minds were somewhere else completely, and nobody wanted to get up.

These are kids who are taught to push through everything. And their own breath broke them open completely. 🙏

That’s not weakness. That’s the hardest reset a human being can experience, and we got to watch our kids learn it first.

30 minutes. Everyone on the floor. Breathing together. No rank. No uniform. No title.

These are people trained to stay composed in the worst moments imaginable. And their own breath broke them open completely. 🚔💙
