Pilates One was named one of **Secret Miami’s 8 Best Pilates Studios in Miami**.

From one machine in a Brickell apartment in 2008 to the studio we call home in Coconut Grove today. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and even more grateful for the community that has grown with us.

My favorite hour of the day is the one I choose to give back to myself.

One hour for my body, my mind, my health. One hour to move, breathe, get stronger, reset and take care of the person carrying me through everything else.

If you have the chance to take that hour for yourself, take it. Make it your non-negotiable. 🤍

It’s not how high the hips lift.

It’s not flexibility.

It’s core engagement.

Beginners often push the hips up by using the lower back and glutes alone. Advanced clients understand that the movement starts from the deep core.

When the abdominals, pelvic floor, and glutes work together, they create stability for the spine and help protect the lower back.

A pelvic lift isn’t just an exercise. It’s an opportunity to learn how to move from your center.
