💪🏼 In this post, we're going to take a look at a segment from one of my training sessions with my client Jen.

She's the US Well Being Leader at Deloitte. She's a cancer survivor and a powerhouse of a woman.

She loves to challenge herself with tough, purposeful workouts and understands the importance of training.

It is a short lower body mini-band circuit with 3 exercises.

This is a great little circuit that is great for conditioning, core and hip stability, strength and even power.
