If you are self-employed and a lender told you no, it may not have been about your income.
Many lenders stopped writing loans that document income with bank statements or a P&L instead of W-2 pay. So the file gets a quiet no, and nobody explains why.
We just recorded a conversation with a lender executive whose entire focus is answering that question at the time of application, not after weeks of back and forth.
What that means for you: there may still be a path, and you should know early instead of in week three.
Comment SPOT and we will look at how your income actually documents.
