First, I want to congratulate you, you're already on the third week of the challenge!😍
It takes a lot of self-discipline to stay on track for this long. If you were on & off, that’s okay too, this week we’ll learn how to forgive yourself as well.
As per vocabulary, self-discipline is the ability to control yourself and to make yourself work hard or behave in a particular way without needing anyone else to tell you what to do.
It would be easy for me to jump into techniques and give you all the exercises & ways to force yourself into doing something that you don’t want because I can say I’m an expert in that! I’ve lived many years trying to do something I THOUGHT I wanted, chasing my goals, working long hours, constantly taking actions without properly resting until I fell flat on my bed & couldn’t get up because my body started resisting to do things that I was forcing it to do.
This week will be more about self-awareness that actually lays in the basis of self-discipline. We’ve talked a lot about honesty with yourself, this week prepare yourself to get real with it. I have to tell & warn that it might hurt a little, be brave to face your honesty pain & you’ll be rewarded for your lifetime by living YOUR OWN LIFE & FOR YOURSELF.
