I went from living in my car ten years ago to doing what I love:

Training professional athletes,
Combat sport athletes,
And everyone in between.

If you give everyone your best, show up, work, and learn

Everyone will remember your effort to help them reach their goals, not just what you told them, but how much you cared.

Lift everyone around you; that’s the true sign of leadership.

Coaching is the most selfless profession.
Nobody cares what you know if you’re an as***le.

Willing to learn, willing to grow; the philosophy of fitness is not to be withheld but discussed with other peers and other athletes

If you’re in this to make money, it’s the wrong profession.

The problem with this is that you are not hired to fine-tune metrics; you are hired to help people win.

Lose often and you won’t be in business very long.

Balancing all of it life and work is never easy.

It’s never supposed to be.

Because it’s not meant for the average; none of this is.

But for those of us willing to tip the scales,

For those of us craving more in life,

Those seeking answers,

They come at a cost.

Time, family, vacations, relationships

Is it worth it?

Last I checked, you can’t buy experience.

Supporting them as they work towards their goals is something I genuinely cherish, and it makes everything so rewarding.

What makes it even more special is having such wonderful friends along the way.
