I’ve started incorporating shoulder handstands or shoulder handstand taps as an effective warm-up for upper body workouts.

Anyone involved in throwing sports or combat disciplines can benefit, as these exercises help load the shoulders with your own body weight and improve coordination of individual limbs in space.

I always try to learn how others solve their problems.

I have cleaned gyms for free just to learn.

I have worked countless hours reading.

I have spent countless hours training.

The ability to grow.

Congratulations @56._reasonz on your commitment to Livingstone College.

We began your journey with training aimed at rehabilitating your ACL surgery. Matt has made incredible progress, not only returning to running but also steadily increasing his strength and power in the weight room. Over the past 11 weeks, it’s been a privilege to coach him, and he’s more than ready to contribute immediately.

Livingstone College got themselves a gem.
