What an incredible freaking experience! Proud of us. Proud of the running community. Proud of the fact that we got this thing done and Iā€™m so grateful for this team. The energy all day was so on point! From the heat, to the cramps, to the finish lineā€¦ I loved every second of it!
I ran a total of 16.44 miles with an average pace of 8:01 / mile with my best run being my last run WITH A 7:40/mile pace. ALL HEART. ALL FOR THE SQUAD! I doubted myself and these guys got me through it! I love yaā€™ll boys!

Crazy the progress young athletes can make by sticking to a structured program!!!
Parents, if your kid is serious about their sport set them up with a S&C coach that will tailored program that meets their needs and abilities. Progress is made through just ā€œhard workā€ thereā€™s a ā€œsmart workā€ way to do things. šŸ’ŖšŸ¼šŸ˜¤

Stop being influenced by the people getting paid to influence, when they donā€™t even believe the things their influencing you to do because theyā€™ve been influenced to do things for the money instead of actually knowing a dang thang.

Knowledge is power. Knowledge is freedom from the rat race. Knowledge allows you to differentiate marketing/sales vs useful information. Knowledge allows you to see a post and go ā€œtheyā€™re just trying to sell me somethingā€ .

Sometimes less is more. Sometimes you DONā€™T need to do everything your favorite influencer is doing. Why? Because thereā€™s a good chance they donā€™t have the same life as you. And maybe they do, but their job (or hobby) is to purely make videos for likes, shares, views, and to build a following. Your life isnā€™t THAT.
Work on you and doing the simple things in life and itā€™ll all come together.

So pumped that that .official is putting on a competition every former and current athlete can feel nostalgic about. The combine event Iā€™ve been waiting for!
Looking forward to getting a chance to compete one day! This competition is definitely what my next training block will be focused on. Speed and Power baby!!
