Imperfect ‘prep;’�Perfectly executed.
For most of 2025 she was eating untracked. The focus was on learning her body - prioritizing healthy fats, managing appetite, and stepping away from the need to control every single variable.
Instead of pouring energy into being “on” all the time - steps, macros, meal timing, cardio - we put that energy into the actual ex*****on of Jammie’s training.
That meant increasing intensity, but also learning how to perform lifts as efficiently as possible. Taking the time to review her movement, send videos, make adjustments, and then go back in and do it again. Over and over.
It’s not flashy, but that’s where this is built - the mastery of the basics.
At a certain point in an athlete’s development, progress stops looking like dramatic “before and after” photos. It becomes more subtle - small shifts in shape, control, and muscle quality that take longer to see, but add up over time.
This is where patience becomes part of the training.
Nothing extreme; no big bulks or cuts.�Nothing rushed; just consistent effort in the right places over time.
Same weight - but a more refined, more controlled, more developed physique underneath it.
