I had fun with my clients last night. Consistency is arguably the most important component when working to accomplish goals, in or out of the gym. Without consistency, programs are unorganized, the body has a harder time adapting, and forming habits may be more challenging.

I had fun with my High School kids last night! The importance of off-season training allows time to dedicate resources to learning to move properly, build muscle, and work on mobility and power training. All of this will help them become a better overall athlete. This is the groundwork for improving performance and excelling at a sport once competition season returns. #

! Though I’ve always been fit, for the past 6months I’ve been conditioning and transforming my body. I figured; Who better to be a walking testimony of my own fitness routines than myself?! 💪🏾 🏋🏾🙌🏾

The first pic is me, a little over 6 months ago at 220lbs, with no real strict diet or workout regimen. Today I am 15lbs lighter. I was able to lean out & gain muscle definition, after committing to particular workout routines and diet guidelines. & I couldn’t be more pleased with my results!
