The bone in my arm stopped growing when I was a teenager, from ten meter.

Nobody ever taught me how to actually hit the water properly. So my arm just took the impact until it couldn’t grow there anymore. I can’t dive ten meter anymore.

Growing up all I saw were the medals and constant highlights from other athletes. Nobody wanted to share the real story’s like this. My page shows the real side of being an athlete so follow if you want more than just a highlight reel🫶🏻

Perspective can change everything🫶🏻

Our brains are so powerful what we tell ourselves becomes our reality💪🏻

So if you tell yourself your stressed, overwhelmed, tired and everything sucks that becomes your reality

But the other side is if you see the good, whats exciting, what drives you and focus on that you can change your own life🫶🏻

It’s something I’m working hard on recently especially around diving. To be able to focus on the fun, the parts I love and get genuinely excited about instead of how hard of stressful it is.

i had a coach who told me i was fat, that i wasn’t important, that my friends didn’t like me. i believed her for years.

it took me leaving, training somewhere else, and rebuilding basically everything about how i saw myself to realize none of that was true.

if someone made you feel small when you were just trying to get better at something you loved — that wasn’t normal, and it wasn’t your fault.

you don’t have to carry what they said about you anymore. follow along, i’m still figuring out how to let it go too.

The short tan after 1hr in the sun was crazy😭 at least it went away after water practice🙌🏻

First week done💪🏻 very much only survived it and nothing more but sometimes that’s all you can do🤷🏻‍♀️
