🇺🇸 On Mother’s Day, I honor far more than a woman. I honor an entire lineage.
In the systemic view, every mother carries within herself the strength of many women who came before: grandmothers, great-grandmothers, ancestors who, through their pain, courage, choices, and resilience, made our life possible.
To receive our mother in our heart is also to receive the strength of our origin. It is to recognize that through her, we inherit not only life… but also deep inner resources.
From my mother, I inherit courage.
I inherit determination.
I inherit strength.
And by recognizing this with gratitude, I strengthen who I am and also what I pass forward.
Today, I celebrate my mother, my ancestors, and all the women who sustained, transformed, and opened paths.
Because when we honor our lineage, we access a strength greater than ourselves.

Na visão sistêmica, cada mãe carrega dentro de si a força de muitas mulheres que vieram antes: avós, bisavós, ancestrais que, com suas dores, coragem, escolhas e superações, tornaram nossa vida possível.
Receber a mãe em nosso coração é também receber a força da nossa origem. É reconhecer que através dela, herdamos não apenas a vida… mas recursos profundos.
Da minha mãe, herdo coragem.
Herdo determinação.
Herdo força.
E ao reconhecer isso com gratidão, fortaleço quem sou e também o que transmito adiante.
Hoje, celebro minha mãe, minhas ancestrais e todas as mulheres que sustentaram, transformaram e abriram caminhos.
Porque quando honramos nossa linhagem, acessamos uma força maior do que nós mesmas.
