Questions:

Do you have a clear list of your non-negotiables in your search criteria for a new role (location, salary, role, experience level, benefits, company size, values, ability to grow, etc.)

Do you have a target list of organizations you are interested in?

Are you blocking dedicated time for your search?

How many applications were submitted on third party job boards vs. the company site?

How many applications were submitted in connection to your network or referral?

How many of your submitted applications did you do outreach before or follow-ups after applying?

Have you customized and tailored your resume for every application aligning your experiences with the job description and company?

Is your LinkedIn profile fully developed, with robust and relevant content that is clear of your future career goals - so clear a recruiter would recognize what they are?

Two years ago we had you all help us rename the company. The CV in CV Career Consultants is a play on our founders last name while also representing curriculum vitae. We are a small business founded on the principles that everyone deserves their dream job and we are here to help make that happen.

In what is typically an overwhelming experience, we take great pride in the responsibility of being entrusted to be a part of our clients career journey. We believe in caring personally about our clients and putting in the work necessary for each of you to experience success.
