🎉How it started v. How it’s going! 🎉

So grateful to be celebrating my 6th Zinversary today! 💃🏽 From that first B1 training with my mama and icon to all the beautiful experiences and friends I’ve met and danced with along the way! So grateful for this journey and all that it has taught me! 🥰

Thank you to everyone who has ever taken my classes - your smiling faces during class make my heart happy every day! Thank you, Zumba for all the amazing opportunities and for continuing to inspire me and spread happiness all over the world! 🎉🥳🎉 💝

I’m still in my Dr. recommended “rest week” which required me to take some time off from my classes in order to heal from an injury - So, here is a gentle reminder to listen to your body: Rest isn’t a suggestion, it’s a necessity! If you don’t make time for rest, your body will make it for you. 💯 See you soon, Z-family! 🤗💃🏽
