โMy child is growing up badly because I don't have time to play with them.
โI feel like dying at my work because I lost my purpose.
โI am stressed because I don't have time to relax (tell me about it).
โI get up early every day and I still don't have time.
Not having time is a fallacy of life, time is relative and nothing you do will change that.
This has been ingrained since childhood when our parents told us, hurry up because you are going to be late for school, or because it takes you so long to get dressedโฆ (those peak hours of the day that become chaotic)
It is that in reality, we have grown up under that concept that we never have time for anything and that we must always be in a hurry for everything, just like the White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland...
I used to be there too!
One day I woke up and told myself: Everything is in your mind, if you think you are going to be late, then you will be late! โฆ
Your mind believes what you want it to believe, and if you don't take action on the things that impact the fact that โyou never have timeโ nothing will change!
But Cecilia, who has all this to do with working remotely and as a virtual assistant!
Having a powerful mindset is the key to success for everything, if you tell yourself I can't do that (well you won't) if you want a change in your life everything starts with you first!
Start doing this today in your daily routine to be more present and productive with your TIME:
1-Sleep early always max 8 pm (include your children in the routine, if you want me to make a post about this leave it in the comments).
2- Leave everything prepared the day before (everything you need for your whole day and your children).
3- Make time for your kids they deserve it.
4. Meditate 10 min a day.
5. Exercise 30 min a day every day.
and you will never be late, because "There is time for everything" and you are first of all!
Everything else can wait.
