🚨 New service alert!

If you have an Airbnb, rental, or property listing, I can turn the photos you already have into a cinematic walkthrough.

Not a basic slideshow. Something that lets people get a feel for the place.

They can see how one room leads into the next. Notice the light. Get a sense of the atmosphere. Maybe even start picturing their bags by the door.

That matters.

People may search by price, location, and number of bedrooms, but feeling is often what makes a property stick.

This is where my work in human behavior comes into play. I think about what catches the eye, where attention naturally goes, and what helps someone connect with a space they haven’t visited yet.

So yes, I’m using AI. But the real work is knowing what people need to see and how to help them see it.

Realtors, Airbnb hosts, and property managers, DM me WALKTHROUGH and let’s bring your listing to life.

Most people think great AI images come from better prompts.

I don’t.

They come from understanding people.

Long before AI, I studied human behavior, communication, and the psychology behind why some things grab our attention while others disappear.

AI didn’t replace that knowledge.

It amplified it.

That’s why I don’t start with prompts.

I start with behavior.

Why does your eye stop?

Why does your brain get curious?

Why does one image get remembered while another gets scrolled past?

Because attention isn’t random.

It’s predictable.

The strongest AI images usually do three things:

• Create contrast.
• Communicate meaning.
• Give every unusual detail a purpose.

That’s not an AI trick.

That’s human psychology.

The technology changes.

Human behavior doesn’t.

That’s the difference between generating images and designing images people actually remember.

Most brands don’t have an AI problem.

They have a perception problem.

DM “VISIBILITY” if you want to find yours.

Everybody wants to know what I’m doing these days.

Here’s the honest answer: I stopped shrinking my resume down to one lane, and I started telling the truth about all of it.

I’m a Human Behavior & Visibility Expert. I read rooms for a living, literally, I’ve done it on CourtTV as a Certified Body Language Expert. I’ve spent years in communications, branding, executive support, and organizational strategy. That’s the professional side.

Here’s the other side: I’ve spent the last few years rebuilding my identity and my capacity while living with lupus and epilepsy. Learning how to show up when my body changed the rules on me. That’s not a footnote. That’s part of how I know the difference between confidence you’re performing and confidence you actually have.

I also co-founded The TiMa Group with Maria , because whole-human growth isn’t a side project for me, it’s the point.

So when people ask what I do, the short version is this: I help people and brands figure out what’s actually interfering with how they’re being seen, and fix it. Not the posture. Not the polish. The real thing underneath it.

And yes, I use AI to do it. It’s the tool. The strategy is still all human.

If that’s you, or your brand, DM me VISIBLE and let’s talk. Lee Impact Solutions is here to help.

Before you go any further… learn this word first:

BASELINE

A baseline is how someone normally behaves when they’re relaxed, regulated, and comfortable.
This is imoortant when it comes to Body Langauge because one behavior alone means almost nothing.

Some people naturally touch their face a lot.
Some people flare their nostrils when they’re thinking.
Some people wrinkle their nose because of allergies, lighting, or literally existing. 😭

The shift matters.
The change matters.
The cluster matters.

THAT’S where behavioral information starts becoming useful.
And for women in business, especially in male-dominated spaces, (sorry fellas) this matters more than people realize.

Not so you become paranoid, start “catching lies,” or overanalyze every meeting. It’s temping I know 😂

But because power dynamics often show up in subtle emotional leakage before they show up verbally.

✅A quick nose wrinkle during your idea.
✅A nostril flare before pushback.
✅A self-soothing touch during pressure or discomfort.

The room is communicating constantly. However, the goal isn’t paranoia. It’s awareness.
Because women who can read the emotional temperature of a room without losing themselves in it move differently.

And yes friend, people are reading YOUR nonverbals too.
