Free morning yoga was everything!

IMMENSE gratitude for everyone who attended, .strophes and her beautiful studio space as well as our collab for a free class, and for the ability to teach it.

Free monthly yoga offerings will be available again towards the end of July, so if you couldn’t make it out today, be on the lookout for the next one! I’m feeling like making it outdoors 👀

Sweet Sunday, everybody✨

This past Saturday I had the honor of leading a Juneteenth Yoga session with the department at FIU. I mean when I say it’s a blessing being able to work with them for the 2nd year in a row!

I wasn’t able to take photos (working on remember to do so for next time), but here are snippets from some videos of our class.

I’ll be sharing a video later this week. I’m grateful for all who attended, and look forward to holding more classes like this for departments like the Diversity and Inclusion department at FIU.

In the current political climate we find ourselves in, especially here in the state of Florida, departments like this are needed now MORE THAN EVER. It now falls on the responsibility of the community to fight to preserve, and protect these departments within our educational institutions so that they can continue doing the amazing work that they do.

I’m not going to lie to y’all, for the last couple days I’ve been stuck in April🤣 but May is here and so am I, as well as these classes.

Yoga by the Bay class series at Morningside Park will be every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday EXCEPT for the following dates below:

* Saturday, May 7.
* Saturday, May 21.
* Friday, May 27.

EVERY class is $10, but Sunrise Meditation is absolutely FREE (donations are welcomed💛)
