Amanda has demonstrated outstanding dedication, and she is proof that having little kids, a family to take care of, and a full time job, are not excuses. Amanda has shown unparalleled dedication in training. She consistently pushes herself in every workout, shows up on time to class, and inspire teammates to elevate their own game.
Beyond her personal success, Amanda has been a true team player. Her positivity,encouragement, and leadership have made a huge difference. Amanda has consistently helped lift the spirits of her class, ensuring a motivating and supportive atmosphere for all.

I personally miss her at 8am and 9:30am!
Congrats Girl, for all this years of dedication and consistency, well deserved!!

Our Athlete of the month is Chilly. Chilly has done an amazing transformation, not only on her physical appearance but she has made drastic changes on her personal life . she has gone beyond all expectations , not only did she meet all requirements, but she is a leader on her class, she has a strong sense of community, and always has a positive attitude. Congrats Coach Anna.
