This will be the first of many future Day Long Intensives that I will try to help host at least once/quarter.

11/10/24 Day Long Tai Chi Intensive at the beautiful Jose Marti Community Center in Downtown Miami. This will the first of what is planned to be a once/quarter workshop to take a full day to explore and train HME fundamentals and the 2 person drills as a method for refining and embodying Tai Chi principles.
