My mom raised me with good intentions, love, attention, affection, discipline & is now doing that with my daughters.

Ingrid Jeanette — you are the glue to our family & we’d be so lost without.

I don’t have enough words to thank you for everything you have done and continue to do for us.

I never understood when people would tell me stories about their moms not being present or not doing the things my mom did — I always thought that’s what moms are supposed to do. My mom set the bar high & I am nothing without her love and dedication to me.

We lost a true legend today.

Rob Orlando was pivotal in exposing thousandssss of crossfitters all over the world to embrace strength — to become a hybrid athlete.

I became obsessed with odd objects because of him. Tire flips, yokes, kegs, stones — all heavy objects.

I cannot believe a man who took such good care of his health and put his fitness first was taken away due to cancer.

I had an opportunity to assist him in a seminar years ago in SoFlo. In those days we spent together — he left me in awe.

Such a sweet, charismatic & extremely intelligent man. I remember him telling me a gym could open right across the street from his gym and he wouldn’t bat an eye — he was so confident in what he brought to the table.

He definitely changed many people’s lives and exposed us all to his knowledge, his grit and his discipline.
What a loss for all of the OGs.

Just wow.

HAPPY 9TH BIRTHDAY JASMINE!! 🎉🥳🎂🎈

I am fascinated with how brave and fearless she is. Jas is strong & a natural born leader.

Loves her family — especially Juliette. She enjoys watching novelas late at night with my mom. As soon as we get in the car “mom/dad can you put on a song” and will sing on the top of her lungs.

Hearing her contagious laugh puts a smile on anyone’s face.

She’s witty, kind, so smart & incredibly wise for her age “it doesn’t have to be perfect mom.”

Mama Bella, stay fun — keep dancing to them tunes in your head and always be so proud of yourself and who you are.

I am obsessed with you. Remember always how much I love you and always will.
