Malik Washington has been finding ways to make a positive impact for the Miami Dolphins , providing useful contributions as Miami continues navigating a period of transition and inconsistency.
The team's offensive struggles have made it important to find production from different players, and Washington has been showing his ability to help in more than one way.
In Miami's 31-24 loss to Cincinnati in Week 5, the wide receiver finished with 61 scrimmage yards, including 43 receiving and 18 rushing, offering another example of his versatility.
That performance continued a productive stretch, as Washington now enters the next game looking for his fourth consecutive outing with at least 60 scrimmage yards.
While the Dolphins are still searching for greater stability, having players who can contribute consistently in different situations gives the offense additional options to work with.
