At Rare Breed Fitness we believe in functionality and longevity. This cross-functional training will not only make you stronger at the gym but it will transfer over to your everyday life making your daily tasks easier every day. Our coaches keep classes fun and exciting but at the same time keeping SAFETY as our number 1 rule.

So it doesn’t matter if is your first time working out or if you’re a seasoned athlete, our knowledgeable coaching staff will be there with you to guide you and motivate you during every session.

We’re looking for a highly motivated and caring individual with coaching experience. The coach will be expected to be able to lead small group classes, experience in Crossfit will help. Further trading will be provided if needed. We have morning positions available M-F from 5am-9am.

When it comes to fitness, everyone is different. Your unique body mechanics, experiences, goals, fitness level, likes and dislikes can guide your trainer in creating a plan that is specific to your needs. With a program that fits, you are more likely to maintain the habit and see results. Also, a few sessions can be a great tool for learning the fundamentals that will be used in our classes if that is the overall goal. We have the smallest and most personal classes in south Florida, so our coaching staff will always have an eye on you as we help you achieve your goals safety.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s uncomfortable for your gym owner and coaches to ask you to refer your friends to the gym, so we will do it for them.
If the head coach at your gym is the face of the business, it’s because (in most cases) they crushed an opportunity that they earned and the owner was smart enough to facilitate their growth.
Regardless of who you identify as the person we are describing tonight, they want to help your friends. They want more members, and they prefer that the people you love fill those spots.
If you have friends who should be at the gym with you, implore them to come.
Here is the problem that occurs when you don’t.
Gym owners are forced to have conversations about lead generation and social media strategy behind the scenes.
They enthusiastically send you off with a smile and then go to bed late to wake up early and do it again, constantly wondering how they’re going to keep it going as they run a business on virtual love and passion alone. If they didn’t love it, and you, so much, they would close.
This is not the case for everyone.
This is the case for many, if not most.
No, it’s not heartwarming and laced with undertones of community and fun.
But you need to know this.
Gym owners and coaches in most cases want to be great and in many cases already are.
They could do amazing things for you if you asked them to.
They need you to bring your friends so they can keep doing what they love and what you love them for.
No need to wait for “bring a friend day”. Bring your friends.
It’s time for gyms and coaches to be able to focus on excellence more than lead gen.
