Meet our member, Tina! 💙

Tina has an incredible story of strength, resilience, and finding her way back to herself. After spending the past 15 years caring for her husband, Tina recently found herself navigating a new chapter after his passing. She knew it was time to prioritize something she had always loved: fitness.

Having competed and worked out in the past, Tina walked into 24 Hour Fitness Fountain Valley ready to get back on track. She was looking for a trainer who could help her rebuild her routine, stay consistent, and most importantly, hold her accountable.

Today, we’re applauding Tina for her incredible consistency and commitment to showing up for herself. 👏💪
