We are excited to welcome our members back Monday June 8th!! We have been working hard to prepare for a strong and safe comeback. As always the health and wellness of our community is the top priority and we will be diligent with our safety protocols and procedures. Happy 10 year anniversary to SHIFT. Today was a bittersweet day going into the studio to see it empty. Yet I had to smile when I have looked back at all the amazing memories we have had in the last decade. I look forward to reopening and seeing everyone’s smiling faces once again. In the last decade SHIFT has hosted over 50 trainers and thousands of clients. I’m proud to know that we have been a positive part of so many people’s lives. I look forward to another decade and I want to say thank you to everyone who’s been a part of the SHIFT family. @ SHIFT
