Traveling for work and being in and out of hotels can wreak havoc on your fitness goals. Good idea: pack fitness equipment that is easily portable. Elastic bands, ab roller, jump rope, and push up bars are great. And look for healthy foods, better yet, pack some up and take it with you, if possible. 😊
